Jane Fields
Jane brings a wealth of dance experience to her position as the Operations Director of BDTC. She has an extensive background in classical ballet and has taught ballet, jazz, tap, Lindy hop, and ballroom in Los Angeles, North Carolina, and San Francsico. She is also a gourmet chef who has attended professional culinary school, choreographed and performed in numerous musicals in Telluride, Colorado, and graduated from UCLA with a degree in art history. She co-wrote, choreographed, co-directed and -produced The Elements, an Emmy-award winning dance film screened at the Cannes Film Festival in 2002. Jane, Bonny, and friends performed an original Lindy/Charleston routine at an Oakland A's Game in August 2009. Jane is thrilled to be part of the BDTC family!
